Sri Lanka: restructuring with biodiversity-links?

Bonds trading at mid-50s indicate a forthcoming restructuring of Sri Lanka's debt. This could be a big test of investor sustainability linked appetite, as Sri Lanka has some very interesting biodiversity challenges that investors could assist with. This would especially be the case if some COP26 promises around providing credit enhancement on EM 'green' debt come true.
